Enjoy this simple smoothie to energize your body well! Can be enjoyed daily!

Serves 1
• 1 banana

• 1 cup frozen mango

• 1 cup spinach or kale

• 1/2 cup water or coconut water

• 1tbsp almond or coconut butter or 1 tbsp chia seeds

Blend and enjoy fresh!
